Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Associate in F&A - AP to process invoices, validate essential details, and ensure timely payments. The role requires strong accounting knowledge with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

You’ll collaborate to resolve invoice issues, follow AP guidelines, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment. Ideal candidates have a CPA-style mindset, hands-on experience with AP cycles, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Experience in accounts payable processes and banking operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP for data handling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices along with providing resolutions.
• Verify essential invoice details (supplier, PO, bank, invoice number/date).
• Release invoices for timely payment and ensure pay runs are completed.
• Follow up on requisitions to resolve invoice issues per AP guidelines.
• Suggest process improvements to reduce helpdesk queries and enhance controls.
