Job summary

Genpact is hiring a Sr. Associate - F&A - AP in Kolkata, India. This full-time role involves reviewing and processing invoices, validating invoice data, and ensuring timely payments while following AP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance required.
• Masters in Finance preferred.
• Experience with Accounts Payable processes and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices along with providing resolutions.
• Validate essentials of invoices (supplier details, PO, vendor bank, invoice number/date).
• Release invoices for payment timely and accurately.
• Assist with pay runs and fulfill customer requirements as per AP guidelines.
