Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a seasoned Lead EHS Auditor to oversee corporate and site audits, reviews, and compliance checks. The role requires tracking incidents, performing site walk-downs, and delivering comprehensive training on HIRA, JSA, and SOPs.

You will review performance indicators and drive action plans for continual improvement. The ideal candidate will hold a Lead Auditor Certification for ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, be adept at risk management, and communicate findings effectively

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading corporate and site EHS audits.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Ability to review leading/lagging indicators and develop improvement plans.
• Excellent data-driven communication and training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate & site EHS audits, reviews, and compliance checks.
• Monitor incidents, trends, and performance.
• Conduct site visits for assessments and walk-downs.
• Deliver training on HIRA, JSA, SOPs, and critical activities.
• Review leading/lagging indicators and emergency preparedness.
• Drive safety initiatives, awareness campaigns, and corporate events.
• Investigate major/fatal incidents and implement preventive action.
• Support client/external audits and mobilization/demobilization safety.
• Coordinate with SBU for review meetings and action plans.
• Strong audit, compliance, and risk management skills.
• Data-driven, proactive, and effective communicator.
• Willing to travel extensively.
