Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking an EHS Lead Auditor to steer corporate and site audits, monitor incidents and performance, and drive safety initiatives across projects. You will conduct site visits, train teams on HIRA/JSA/SOPs, and ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.

The role demands data-driven decision making, strong communication, and willingness to travel extensively to client sites in India. Prior leadership in audits and risk management is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting corporate and site EHS audits and reviews.
• Ability to monitor incidents, trends and performance.
• Strong capability to review leading and lagging indicators and emergency preparedness.
