Job summary

Collective Good Foundation seeks an Associate/Senior Associate to support partnerships, fundraising, communications, and stakeholder engagement for Catalytic Finance initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective CSR partners, foundations, government agencies, financial institutions, and individual donors.
  • Support development of partnership proposals, concept notes, pitch decks, and fundraising collateral tailored to different stakeholder groups.
  • Coordinate outreach activities, schedule meetings, maintain follow-ups, and support relationship management with existing and prospective partners.
  • Assist in preparing responses to grant opportunities, RFPs, and funding applications in collaboration with programme and functional teams.
  • Maintain an updated pipeline of prospective partners, funding opportunities, and outreach trackers.
  • Support the preparation of partnership reports, meeting briefs, and donor updates.
  • Develop presentations, case studies, blogs, newsletters, social media content, and explainer notes related to Catalytic Finance initiatives.
  • Work closely with the MarComm team to ensure consistent messaging across communication channels.
  • Support planning and execution of webinars, conferences, stakeholder meetings, and knowledge-sharing events.
  • Conduct secondary research on trends in catalytic finance, blended finance, impact investing to support thought leadership initiatives.
  • Support the Catalytic Finance team in executing strategic initiatives and partnership activities.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and periodic updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder commitments to ensure smooth execution.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency in research, proposal development, presentation creation, and content drafting.
  • Collaborate effectively with programme, partnerships, finance, communications, and MEL teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
