Job summary

Vivek Bhole Architects Private Limited seeks a Senior Architect to lead architectural projects from concept through execution. You will coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure high design quality and timely delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong design skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office. Revit/BIM knowledge is a plus as is leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Masters in Architecture (M.Arch).
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in architecture and project delivery.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Revit or BIM workflows is an advantage.
• Experience in leadership, design development, documentation, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Manage projects through concept design, design development, documentation, and execution stages.
• Review and guide architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
• Mentor and supervise junior architects and design team members.
• Oversee architectural detailing, material selection, specifications, and design development.
• Review 3D models, presentations, and project documentation to ensure consistency with the design intent.
• Participate in client meetings, design discussions, and project presentations.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with project teams to resolve design and execution-related issues.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and applicable architectural regulations.
• Maintain effective project documentation and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
