Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Study customer specifications in tender/enquiries.
• Select appropriate pump with construction and materials.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams during offer making (Engineering, QA, Costing, Industrial Eng, Procurement, Finance).
• Issue inquiries for major bought-outs (motors, engines, turbines, seals, instruments).
• Prepare detailed techno-commercial offers and submit within timelines.
• Address technical queries from customers during pre-bid stage.
• Attend negotiations as needed.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• a) Studying the customer specifications in Tender / enquiries.
• b) Selecting the appropriate pump along with construction and material.
• c) Coordination with various cross functions like Engineering, Quality assurance, Costing / Industrial Engineering team, Procurement and Finance during offer making.
• d) Floating enquiries for Major bought outs like Electric Motors, Diesel Engines, Turbines, Mechanical seal, instruments etc.
• e) Preparing detailed Techno commercial offer and submitting within required timeline.
• f) Studying and replying to Technical queries raised by customer during prebid stage.
• g) Attending negotiations whenever needed.

Preferred candidate profile

• a. Preparing and submitting the Techno commercial offer.
• b. Support to RO in new business development.
• c. Product / Accessories development and standardization as per market requirement.

Experience:

8 -15 Years
