Job summary

AGCO in Bengaluru, KA, India, is seeking a Sr Analyst for S&OE Planning to optimize Kinaxis Maestro-based planning across the supply chain. The role focuses on translating business needs into Kinaxis solutions, configuring planning models, and supporting end-to-end delivery with SAP integrations.

You will collaborate with global teams to improve planning accuracy, inventory control, and production efficiency while embracing AGCO's diverse, innovative culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of Kinaxis Maestro experience plus configuration, authoring and integration support.
• Strong knowledge of Demand, Supply, S&OP and S&OE processes.
• Experience configuring Kinaxis workbooks, dashboards, tables, and planning models.
• Experience with SAP integration and data validation.
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.

The department's core objective is to optimize AGCO’s Supply Chain Planning and S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) processes through theKinaxis Maestroplatform. It contributes by improving planning accuracy, inventory management, production efficiency, and supply chain decision-making to support business performance and customer satisfaction.The department works closely with Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Business Teams, IT, and Support Teams. It receives planning requirements and business needs from upstream stakeholders and delivers planning solutions, system enhancements, analytics, and operational support to downstream users, enabling efficient end-to-end supply chain execution.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on Kinaxis Maestro experience, including configuration, authoring, integration support, and administration activities.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Planning processes (Demand, Supply, S&OP, S&OE).
• Experience configuring Kinaxis workbooks, dashboards, tables, and planning models.
• Experience with SAP integration and data validation activities.
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
