Job summary

DXC Technology in India is seeking an experienced Pega Architect to lead enterprise-grade PRPC implementations. You will align solutions with the IT strategy, design scalable modules, and guide technical reviews to ensure high-quality artifacts.

The role requires CSSA certification, 7.x+ Pega experience, BPM expertise, and strong integration with web services and databases. You will mentor team members and drive best practices, performance tuning, and SOA alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Pega v7.x or above.
• CSSA certification is required.
• Strong BPM knowledge and Pega implementation methodology.

Role

Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and work effectively in a dynamic fast paced team environment. Align solutions within the overall IT strategy. Produce and participate in the technical design review process to ensure high quality technical designs. Ability to work in a technical lead role. Identify and deliver best practices, re-useable components and process optimization. Good understanding of Case Management. Creation of enterprise class structure that is scalable and extensible Good understanding of Pega design principles and services oriented architecture Ability to troubleshoot integration issues with non Pega applications and databases

Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications required to perform the role

E ssentials :

• Experience in Pega v7.x or above
• Should be a Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
• Excellent knowledge working on BPM (Business Process Management)
• Strong understanding of Pega Implementation Methodology
• Hands-on experience in developing various PRPC activities, flows, flow actions, assignments, declarative rules, reports, and correspondence templates
• Very Good experience in Pega integration with web services, JMS Listener, emails, Message Queues
• Performance tuning, optimization and monitoring of PRPC implementations

Desirable :

• Technical experience in the following technologies: Java/J2EE
• Oracle DB, IBM DB2
• Certification of Lead System Architect (LSA) a plus
• Version upgrade knowledge is desirable
