Job Title: Senior Consultant (SSA) - Pega Development

Job Type: Full Time

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days per week Work From Office)

Work Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced professional to support our client's digital transformation initiatives through the Pega platform. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong balance of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to design and build components of enterprise applications and provide consultative guidance on all project assignments for our clients. This role may be based on-site or offshore, depending on project and client requirements, and will operate as part of a project team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Essential Technical Qualification

• Mandatory – CSSA
• 3-5 years relevant experience in Pega development with 1-2 project implementations.
• Hands on experience in coding, implementation of integrations, designing & deployment.
• Understanding of Case management concepts - Same case & subcase parallelisms, locking, parent-child case relationship configuration, data propagation and other case configurations and advanced shapes in flow.
• Experience in implementing access control using ABAC and RBAC.
• Experience in implementing background processing with Queue Processors and Job Schedulers.
• Experience in working in a constellation application with ability to develop UI using prescribed UI and custom components.
• Strong debugging skills in Constellation application. Use PDC, tracer, UI Inspector and developer tools.
• In depth hands-on abilities in Activities, Data Transforms, Data Pages, Data Flows, Data Sets, Case type rules, Process Flow, Declarative Rules, Decision Rules.
• Deep hands-on abilities in Report definitions, sub reports, associations and joins. Ability to develop custom dashboards in a constellation application using Pega Insights.
• Experience in working on Agile methodologies and knowledge of accelerated development methodologies like "Blueprint Delivered" and traditional methodologies like "Pega Express".
• Knowledge of Pega Blueprint and configuring Pega's Gen AI offerings like Agents, Gen AI Connect, Coach and Knowledge Buddy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using 8.x. and above
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within PEGA applications.
• Participate in design discussions to understand requirements.
• Prepare Technical Specification Documents and implement performance optimization fixes.
• Adhere strictly to standard coding and testing procedures.
• Analyse requirements and create rapid prototypes.
• Collaborate effectively as a team player with virtual teams across multiple geographies.
• Conduct show & tell sessions and demos for stakeholders, incorporating feedback to enhance the application.
• Demonstrate excellent customer interfacing and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of all Pega capabilities and technology components, with the ability to effectively determine their appropriate use.

Preferred Qualification: (Optional/Good to have)

• Experience in Connectors and Services (Email, REST, FILE, MQ, JMS etc.).
• Experience in any of the Pega frameworks, CS, Smart Dispute, Smart Investigate, CLM-KYC.
• PEGA System administration, PDC, PAL, PLA, JAVA, Unix, PL/SQL, DB Skills.
• Able to assist the Architect in Design and integration and estimates.
• Able to mentor junior members in the team and help them technically.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
