Job summary

Strong Pega experience, CSSA certification, and BPM mastery are essential to succeed in this role. The role requires hands-on PRPC development, integration with web services and databases, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pega v7.x or above.
• CSSA certification (aPega/CSSA).
• Excellent knowledge of BPM.
• Strong understanding of Pega Implementation Methodology.
• Hands-on experience with PRPC activities, flows, actions, assignments, declarative rules, reports and templates.
• Experience with Pega integration via web services, JMS, emails and queues.
• Performance tuning and monitoring of PRPC implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design reviews to ensure high-quality designs.
• Align solutions with overall IT strategy and enterprise class architecture.
• Troubleshoot integration issues with non-Pega apps/databases.
• Identify reusable components and process optimizations.
• Act as a technical lead in project delivery.

Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and work effectively in a dynamic fast paced team environment. Align solutions within the overall IT strategy. Produce and participate in the technical design review process to ensure high quality technical designs. Ability to work in a technical lead role. Identify and deliver best practices, re-useable components and process optimization. Good understanding of Case Management. Creation of enterprise class structure that is scalable and extensible. Good understanding of Pega design principles and services oriented architecture. Ability to troubleshoot integration issues with non Pega applications and databases

Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications required to perform the role

Essentials:

• Experience in Pega v7.x or above
• Should be aPega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
• Excellent knowledge working on BPM (Business Process Management)
• Strong understanding ofPega Implementation Methodology
• Hands-on experience in developing various PRPC activities, flows, flow actions, assignments, declarative rules, reports, and correspondence templates
• Very Good experience in Pega integration with web services, JMS Listener, emails, Message Queues.
• Performance tuning, optimization and monitoring of PRPC implementations

Desirable:

• Technical experience in the following technologies:
• Java/J2EE
• Oracle DB, IBM DB2
• Certification of Lead System Architect (LSA) a plus
• Version upgrade knowledge is desirable
