Job summary

FastSwitch - Great Lakes Pvt Ltd. seeks a Senior Pega Tech Lead with extensive PRPC experience and REST API proficiency to guide design across phases and mentor developers. The role emphasizes architectural leadership, scalable data models, and strong accountability for implementation quality.

You will translate business requirements into robust design, work with APIs, CI/CD, and complex flows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Pega-based solutions.

• Senior Pega developer with PRPC experience and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience delivering bug-free code with 90–97 Guardrail score.
• Experience in multiple channels including digital messaging and CI/CD pipelines.
• Designing class structures, application frameworks, and data models.
• Advanced PEGA Case Management knowledge.
• Knowledge of Access Group, Work Queue and Access Role.
• Experience with complex flows like Split Join and Spin Off.
