Job summary

DXC Technology Morocco is seeking a proactive Business Analyst with 4–8 years in the insurance domain to bridge business and IT for policy lifecycle operations. You will gather requirements, draft user stories, and support PAS configuration across platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, and Majesco.

You will work with stakeholders and agile teams to deliver enhancements, support UAT, and help implement efficient processes within a dynamic, in-person collaboration environment.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in the insurance domain.
• Hands-on experience with Policy Administration Systems (PAS) such as Integral, Life/400, Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco.
• Understanding of the full policy lifecycle—quote, bind, issue, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Experience in writing business and functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like JIRA, Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for insurance products and processes.
• Work with developers, testers, and product owners to design solutions aligned with business needs.
• Support configuration of PAS platforms and contribute to system rollouts.
• Create test cases and assist UAT; participate in Agile ceremonies.
