The ideal candidate will lead requirements gathering, analysis, solution design, and testing for US life insurance products, translating business needs into robust system solutions.

You will draft BRDs and user stories, work with life and annuity letters, collaborate with technical teams, and support testing by crafting test cases and validating outputs.

Qualificações

• 15+ years experience as a BA in US life insurance.
• Knowledge of US life insurance products: Traditional Life, Annuities, Universal Life, Variable Universal Life, Interest-Sensitive Whole Life.
• Hands-on with life/annuity system correspondence (letters).
• Experience in requirement analysis, solution design and testing.
• Analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Job Description:About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Life Insurance Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in U.S. life insurance products, along with expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, solution design, and testing.
