Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an Application Coordinator for SW Packaging & Tools to coordinate end-to-end software packaging and deployment activities. The role involves packaging applications with MSI, EXE, MSIX, and App-V, and managing deployments through SCCM/MECM and Intune.

You will perform testing, lifecycle management, and troubleshooting of packaging and deployment, while ensuring licensing/compliance and creating technical SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience packaging applications using MSI, EXE, MSIX, and App-V.
• Strong knowledge of SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune for deployment.
• Proficient in Windows 10/11 administration and software deployment testing.
• Familiar with PowerShell scripting and AD/GPO.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end software packaging and deployment activities.
• Package applications using MSI, EXE, MSIX, App-V, or similar technologies.
• Test application packages for functionality, compatibility, and performance.
• Manage software deployment through SCCM/MECM, Intune, or equivalent tools.

• Ensure licensing and compliance requirements are met.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Create technical documentation and SOPs.
• Support automation initiatives to improve deployment efficiency.
