This candidate will be responsible for end-to-end process management and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business and program requirements and play a key role in case management, risk mitigation, project coordination, and knowledge management. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot unexpected issues and identify root causes. The candidate will also be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and deliver better outcomes for the team. Position Responsibilities
  • Provide case management support for items raised by HRA II
  • Handle escalation management and ensure timely resolution
  • Making sure all assigned processes are completed in time as per SLA.
Process Management
  • Execute vendor & payroll reporting (medium complexity)
  • Manage adjudication processes (medium to high complexity)
  • Perform manual enrollment/withdrawal processes (medium complexity)
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving
  • Dive deep and troubleshoot unexpected issues
  • Identify and share issues related to Benefits and vendor support
Process Improvement & Compliance
  • Drive process improvement enhancements
  • Perform audits and control points (medium complexity)
Successful Candidates Will Demonstrate
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to dive deep and troubleshooting unexpected issues.
  • They should have proven experience in case management and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • They will possess excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions is essential for success in this role.
Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of human resources experience
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of human resources functions experience
  • Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Payroll Systems or HRIS
