Job summary

Amazon Development Center India (ADCI) in Hyderabad is seeking a Benefits Operations Associate to support global Amazonians. The role focuses on timely, accurate benefits processing, resolving employee queries, and escalating risks as needed.

The position requires 6+ months in HR, customer service, and MS Office, with a High school diploma or equivalent. You will coordinate with internal teams and benefits vendors to ensure smooth administration and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Bias for action by timely completing the assigned benefits processes with 100% accuracy.
• Demonstrate Customer obsession by addressing employee queries received via email or tickets with SLA and provide accurate resolution to employee issue.
• Demonstrate Ownership by highlighting any potential risk issues and challenges that may cause impact to our employees.
• Demonstrate Ownership by reviewing process documentation and making updates on a regular basis.
• Provide required support to SME/Team lead for Dive deep into data and benefits stats reporting.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for resolving employee queries and complete administrative processes.

The Team: Amazon Benefits Experience & Technology Service Delivery (BXT-SD) India Hub Team owns the delivery of benefits operations for Amazonians working in the US, APAC, MENA, EMEA and South Africa.

Key job responsibilities

• Demonstrate Bias for action by timely completing the assigned benefits processes with 100% accuracy.

• Liaise with internal (support teams like Payroll, Employee resource center, Exits, Onboarding team etc.) and external stake holders (Insurance vendors) for resolving employee queries and complete administrative processes.

Basic Qualifications

• 6+ months of human resources experience
• 6+ months of customer service experience
• 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• High school or equivalent
• Experience in confidential environments
