What You Will Be Doing

• Assist with month-end, quarter-end and year-end accounting close activities
• Prepare journal entries, account analysis, and monthly balance sheet reconciliations including prepaids, fixed assets, and accruals for India, US and EMEA
• Review income statement accounts to determine whether the accounts are correctly stated and initiate any changes needed in the general ledger by preparing the necessary journal entries
• Assisting consultants in filing the statutory returns and maintaining timely statutory compliances
• Assist with internal controls implementation and compliance
• Support in various audits, Statutory, Tax, GST and IFC etc.
• Help with accounting system implementation projects to scale accounting operations
• Be a key member of the accounting team by assisting with other responsibilities including the participation in special projects and other ad hoc analysis.

What We Will Expect From You

• 4+ years of Accounting/Finance experience in MNCs
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting/Finance/Business
• Netsuite or other ERP tool experience preferred
• India Statutory filing and audit support experience preferred
• Proven ability to prioritize workloads across team members with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to perform work at the highest levels of accuracy
• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills to develop a collaborative working relationship with cross functional teams
