Job summary

Eightfold AI is seeking a Product Manager to collaborate with leadership, engineering, and product teams to craft and execute roadmaps for apps on the Eightfold platform. You will translate customer needs into strategic plans while partnering with developers and customers to shape differentiating products.

You will foster ownership, transparency, and a learning mindset as you work with executives, design, marketing, and sales to deliver impactful outcomes in a fast-paced, enterprise SaaS

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Product Management.
• Demonstrated bias to action and an aptitude for rapid learning.

• Technical knowledge of integrations and understanding of enterprise SaaS products.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Deep passion for understanding customer and market feedback.

Responsibilities

• Work with the leadership team, the engineering team, and the product team to develop and execute roadmaps for apps built on the Eightfold platform.
• Collaborate with our developer partners and customers to internalize and understand their needs and develop a strategic product roadmap to address these needs.

• Partner with and drive support for your vision across executive leadership, product design, marketing, customer success, and sales
• Conduct in-depth analysis of the market landscape for talent acquisition and experience to develop differentiating products in the market
• Understand Eightfold core technological strengths and work to integrate them into the products
• Closely track industry trends and adapt your product strategy accordingly
• Develop and present strategic insights about the products, their market, and customer adoption

Hybrid Work @ Eightfold:
