Product Solutions Expert team

is a high‑impact group that partners with Eightfold’s largest enterprise customers to drive success and deliver measurable value. We manage complex implementations, resolve challenges, and tailor AI‑driven solutions to meet each customer’s unique needs. With strong visibility across leadership and direct involvement in strategic engagements, this team plays a critical role in shaping customer success and fueling Eightfold’s growth.

What You’ll Do

• Support enterprise clients in deploying and integrating Eightfold’s AI solutions.
• Configure and customize products to fit customer needs.
• Design API and software integrations (using JSON, SQL, Python).
• Troubleshoot technical issues and propose innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and lead customer training sessions.
• Learn how to architect integrations between Eightfold and leading HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, etc.).

What You Bring

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 1–2 years of experience in Software development/implementation (preferred but not required).
• Hands‑on familiarity with APIs, JSON, SQL, and Python.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and client‑handling skills.
• Curious to learn how AI is transforming enterprise HR systems.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Hybrid Work @ Eightfold
