Job summary

Happiest Minds Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking a senior QA/Process Improvement professional to establish quality plans, initiate new projects in JIRA, and drive process harmonization with customers.

You will analyze project performance, implement improvements, and lead trainings on quality processes, estimation, and project management. The role requires deep expertise in ISO 9001:2015, CMMI, and Six Sigma, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of software industry experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, CMMI, Six Sigma.
• SCRUM (Agile) methodology experience.
• Familiarity with code quality and statistical analysis tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and review the project Quality plans and strategies for achieving goals.
• Project initiations and setup for new projects in JIRA.
