Job summary

Carely is seeking a qualified Speech Therapist to provide at-home therapy sessions in Hyderabad. This flexible, contract-based role offers session schedules coordinated with families. You will deliver one-on-one sessions, assess and design therapy plans, and help families implement techniques at home.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Speech-Language Pathology, has 1+ year of relevant experience, and excels in communication while working independently in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children with developmental delays or disabilities (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one speech therapy sessions in the client’s home.
• Conduct assessments and design individualized therapy plans.
• Develop engaging, age-appropriate activities to support communication and language development.
• Maintain accurate session notes and provide regular updates to the Carely team.
• Collaborate with other professionals involved in the child’s care when required.
• Guide and support families in continuing therapy techniques at home.

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a qualified and empathetic Speech Therapist to join us for providing at-home therapy sessions in the above location. This is a flexible, contract-based role with session schedules coordinated based on your availability and the family’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one speech therapy sessions in the client’s home
• Conduct assessments and design individualized therapy plans
• Develop engaging, age-appropriate activities to support communication and language development
• Maintain accurate session notes and provide regular updates to the Carely team
• Collaborate with other professionals involved in the child’s care, when required
• Guide and support families in continuing therapy techniques at home

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Compensation:

• Per-session rate (to be discussed based on experience and availability)
• Payments made by Carely directly

• This is a freelance/contract role with no fixed monthly hours.
