Job summary

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist role based in Hyderabad. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for children with speech, language, and communication disorders, including articulation, fluency, and voice concerns. Daily responsibilities include conducting standardized and informal assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering one-on-one and small group therapy sessions, and documenting progress. The role involves collaborating closely with parents, caregivers, educators, and other therapists to support school readiness and overall developmental goals. The Speech Language Pathologist will also participate in team meetings, contribute to interdisciplinary case discussions, and engage in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Speech Therapy and Speech assessment and intervention.
• Knowledge and experience in managing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
• Ability to evaluate and treat Dysphagia and related feeding and swallowing challenges.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent, with valid professional licensure/registration as required.
• Experience working with children in clinical, school, or early intervention settings.
• Strong documentation, case management, and report-writing skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills for working with families and multidisciplinary teams.
