Job summary

Qualifications

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Occupational Therapist to provide at-home therapy sessions for clients in the specified location. The role is on a freelance basis, and session timings will be mutually agreed upon based on your availability and the family's needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 occupational therapy sessions at the client’s home
• Assess the child’s functional needs and develop personalized therapy goals
• Create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities to support motor, sensory, and daily living skills
• Maintain session records and share progress updates with the Carely team
• Collaborate with other professionals involved in the child’s care, if needed
• Communicate respectfully with families and support them in implementing therapy strategies at home

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (AIOTA certification required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with disabilities (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently in home environments

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates may be invited to conduct a demo session at the child’s home. This will be a paid session, with compensation discussed in advance to cover travel and time.
