You will train and support users, ensuring they are confident and successful in using our tools to manage their caseloads and support their students effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions (1:1 or group) to onboard new users to the AbleSpace platform.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, helping them navigate the features and tools most relevant to their roles.
• Address user questions and troubleshoot issues with clarity, empathy, and efficiency.
• Serve as a bridge between users and the product team by gathering and sharing feedback to help improve the platform.
• Develop user-friendly resources, such as guides, videos, or FAQs, to enhance user knowledge and independence.
• Foster long-term relationships with educators and school-based professionals to promote engagement and retention.
