Job summary

ReLife Development Centre for Children & Adults is seeking a Speech Therapist for a full-time or part-time, on-site role at our Vadodara center.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children and adults using evidence-based methods and personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Speech Therapy with assessment and intervention.
• Experience addressing Speech and Language Disorders through evidence-based treatment plans.
• Experience working with children and adults in clinical, educational, or rehabilitation settings is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Dysphagia assessment and therapy, with emphasis on safe swallowing and feeding practices.
• Registered/licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist or equivalent, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and deliver one-on-one and small group therapy sessions.
• Monitor progress and document clinical notes and reports.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and engage families in home programs.
• Provide education on communication strategies and therapeutic goals.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development.

Role Description This is a full-time or part time, on-site Speech Therapist role based at RDCC. The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children and adults, using evidence-based methods and individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, delivering one-on-one and small group therapy sessions, monitoring progress, and documenting clinical notes and reports. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, engaging families and caregivers in home programs, and providing education on communication strategies and therapeutic goals. The Speech Therapist will also participate in team meetings, contribute to program development, and maintain high standards of ethical and professional practice.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Speech Therapy, including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for diverse client populations.
• Ability to address Speech and Language Disorders through individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Experience managing Communication Disorders, focusing on functional communication in daily life.
• Knowledge of Dysphagia assessment and therapy, with an emphasis on safe swallowing and feeding practices.
• Recognized degree or certification in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent, with valid professional registration/licensure as applicable.
• Experience working with children and adults in clinical, educational, or rehabilitation settings is highly beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal, counseling, and family engagement skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Effective documentation, time management, and organizational skills, with commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
