Job summary

Unfold Learning Studio in Kochi is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to support students from LKG to Grade 12 with diverse communication needs. The role focuses on neurodiversity-affirming practices, collaboration with educators and families, and delivering evidence-based therapy.

The candidate will conduct assessments, create individualized therapy plans, and maintain progress reports while staying current with best practices.

Qualifications

• BASLP/BSLP degree with RCI licence is required.
• Experience or genuine interest in neurodiversity-affirming approaches.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly with families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and write detailed, strengths-based reports.
• Deliver therapy through AAC, Gestalt Language Processing, visual supports, and play-based interaction.
• Create individualised, functional therapy plans and home programmes.
• Collaborate closely with special educators, parents, and a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain session notes, progress reports, and parent communication logs.
• Stay current with evidence-based and neurodiversity-affirming practices.

We are a new, neurodiversity-affirming learning centre based in Kochi, supporting students from LKG to Grade 12 with learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, and speech & language differences. We are growing — and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP)
• Bachelor's in Speech and Language Pathology (BSLP)
• RCI licence required

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum (1-4 year)
• Freshers with a curious mind to grow in a neurodiversity-affirming space.
