Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills in Speech Therapy for pediatric populations.

• Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology from an accredited institution.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in our new Centre in Devanahalli. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, and communication disorders, including dysphagia and feeding difficulties where applicable. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting standardized assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing one-on-one and group therapy, and maintaining accurate documentation of progress and outcomes. The role involves collaborating with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members, offering guidance on home-based strategies, and participating in case reviews and team meetings. The Speech Language Pathologist will also contribute to parent education, support program development, and help ensure evidence-based practices are consistently implemented.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills in Speech Therapy, including assessment and intervention for pediatric populations.
• Experience working with Speech and Communication Disorders, with the ability to tailor therapy to individual child needs.
• Knowledge and practical experience in managing Language Disorders, including expressive and receptive language difficulties.
• Understanding and clinical exposure to Dysphagia, feeding issues, and related swallowing disorders in children.
• Recognized degree in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Relevant professional registration or licensure as required by local regulations.
• Ability to communicate clearly with children, families, and colleagues, and to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Strong documentation, case management, and time management skills, with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
