Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed evaluations, designing and implementing therapy sessions, and monitoring progress through regular documentation and outcome tracking. The role involves collaborating closely with parents, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care, as well as providing education and guidance to families on home-based strategies and follow-up. The Speech Language Pathologist will also contribute to program development, maintain clinical records, and participate in case discussions and professional development activities.
