Job summary

Palette Care in Gurugram/Delhi NCR is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to assess, plan and deliver individualized therapy for children with communication delays, ASD, ADHD and other developmental needs. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated, evidence-based intervention.

The role emphasizes collaboration with behavior therapy and expressive arts teams, parent training, and ongoing documentation to track progress and support families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP) from a recognized institution.
• RCI registration is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably with pediatric populations including ASD/ADHD.
• Familiarity with AAC systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess pediatric clients and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Deliver one-on-one and group therapy for articulation, language, and social communication.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to assess, plan, and deliver individualized speech and language therapy for children with communication delays, ASD, ADHD, and other developmental needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with our behaviour therapy and expressive arts teams to provide integrated, child-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for pediatric clients
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings and family goals
• Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions targeting articulation, language, fluency, social communication, and AAC needs where applicable
• Collaborate with behaviour therapists, expressive arts facilitators, and special educators to ensure integrated, consistent intervention across domains
• Track and document client progress; adjust treatment plans as needed
• Conduct parent training and education sessions to support carryover of skills at home
• Maintain accurate clinical records and progress reports
• Participate in team case discussions and interdisciplinary planning meetings
• Stay updated on best practices and evidence-based approaches in pediatric speech-language pathology

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP) from a recognized institution
• RCI registration (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably with pediatric populations, including children with ASD, ADHD, or developmental delays
• Familiarity with AAC systems and tools is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Patience, empathy, and genuine passion for working with children and families
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while contributing to team-based care planning
