Job summary

Asdflo network of clinics across India seeks a compassionate Speech Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team addressing ASD, ADHD, developmental delays, and speech-language difficulties in children.

You will assess and plan therapy sessions, target receptive and expressive language, and support both verbal and non-verbal communication. Collaboration with therapists and educators is essential to progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP) or equivalent.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Experience with autism and neurodevelopmental conditions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess children's speech, language, communication, and developmental needs.
• Plan and conduct individualized Speech and Language Therapy sessions.
• Work on receptive and expressive language, functional communication, speech clarity, vocabulary, and social communication.
• Support verbal and non-verbal children in developing meaningful communication.
• Develop therapy goals and intervention plans.
• Maintain therapy records and monitor progress.
• Guide and train parents in communication strategies for home use.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, educators, psychologists, and other professionals.

Asdflo network of clinics across India are looking for a compassionate and motivated Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, speech and language difficulties, and other neurodevelopmental conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess childrens speech, language, communication, and developmental needs.
• Plan and conduct individualized Speech and Language Therapy sessions.
• Work on receptive and expressive language, functional communication, speech clarity, vocabulary, attention, imitation, joint attention, social communication, and conversational skills.
• Support both verbal and non-verbal children in developing meaningful and functional communication.
• Develop individualized therapy goals and intervention plans.
• Maintain therapy records and regularly monitor the child’s progress.
• Guide and train parents in communication strategies and activities that can be continued at home.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Special Educators, Behavior Therapists, Psychologists, and other professionals as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in case discussions, progress reviews, and professional training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Speech & Language Pathology / Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Freshers as well as experienced candidates may apply.
• Experience working with children with autism and other neurodevelopmental conditions will be preferred.
