Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based at Growing Stars Child Development Centre in Ghaziabad. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess children for speech, language, and communication needs, and develop individualized therapy plans. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and small group therapy sessions, monitoring progress, and updating treatment plans as needed. The role involves collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team, maintaining accurate documentation, and participating in case reviews and parent counseling sessions. The Speech Language Pathologist will also contribute to awareness and education activities related to communication and swallowing disorders.

Qualifications

• Strong competency in Speech Therapy, including assessment and intervention for pediatric populations.


• Expertise in Speech and Language Disorders, with the ability to design individualized therapy programs.


• Knowledge and experience in Communication Disorders, addressing articulation, fluency, voice, and social communication.


• Clinical skills in managing Dysphagia and feeding-related challenges in children.


• Recognized degree or certification in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology-Speech Language Pathology.


• Experience working with children in developmental or pediatric rehabilitation settings is preferred.


• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with families and caregivers.


• Strong documentation, time management, and ethical clinical practice skills.
