r1rcm is seeking a Specialist Training professional for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) training. This Work From Office role is based in Gurgaon and Hyderabad, requiring 4+ years of RCM experience. You will partner with content experts to design engaging learning programs, lead projects, mentor colleagues, and ensure timely delivery of education materials.

Ideal candidate has background in AR, denials, cash posting, and U.S. healthcare billing, with a graduate degree.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AR, denials, cash posting, RCM cycle, billing (U.S. Healthcare).
• Experience in roles such as Process Trainer, SME, QA Analyst, Sr. AR.
• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized educational institute.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with content experts to select learning strategies and evaluation methods.
• Act as project lead and mentor to develop eLearning skills in associates.
• Manage time, resources and priorities to meet quality standards and timelines.
• Provide support for existing educational materials, courses, websites and systems.
• Use LMS and related technologies to implement and track online materials.
• Coordinate with SMEs to ensure current information is conveyed.

• Partners with content experts to select learning strategies, media, implementation methods and evaluation methods that engage employees and promote meaningful learning.
• Acts as a project lead and mentor to encourage the development of eLearning skills other associates.
• Manages time, resources, and priorities to meet quality standards, project timelines, and learning outcomes.
• Provides support for existing educational materials, courses, websites, and systems as directed.
• Utilizes communication, technical and reporting skills to implement and track online materials using a learning management system and related websites technologies.
• Understands workflow, policies and procedures related to end user role and work with Subject Matter Experts to ensure the most current information is being conveyed.
