Job summary

R1 RCM India is seeking a billing specialist to process US medical accounts with accuracy within defined timelines and reduce payer rejections.

You will work in a 24/7 environment with potential night shifts, using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and collaborate with teams to ensure compliant, timely submissions.

The role requires a graduate, strong analytical and communication skills, and knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized educational institute.
• Good analytical skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Candidate should have healthcare knowledge and Medicare/Medicaid knowledge.
• Ability to interact positively with team members and seniors.

Responsibilities

• Process US medical billing within defined TAT.
• Handle payer rejections with accuracy.
• Work in a 24x7 environment, night shifts are possible.
• Maintain accuracy with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as needed.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Process Accounts accurately basis US medical billing within defined TAT
• Able to process payer rejection with accuracy within defined TAT.
• 24*7 Environment, Open for night shifts
• Good analytical skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
