Job summary

Henkel India’s Adhesive Technologies R&D team in Pune seeks a Lead Product Analyst to drive product analysis and testing, interpret data, and provide technical support to customers. You will contribute to improvements through experiments, collaborations, and new technology exploration while ensuring safety, environmental, 5S and quality standards compliance.

You will lead documentation of results, analyze data, and communicate with stakeholders to optimize processes for customer requirements.

Qualifications

• MSc/ BE in Chemistry or polymer science required.
• 4-6 years of test lab experience.
• Experience with analytical methods listed and data interpretation.
• Knowledge of ISO 17025 documentation and NABL audits.
• Familiarity with ASTM/ ISO/DIN/EN test standards for material testing.

Adhesive Technologies R & D India, Pune, Maharashtra Full Time Regular

Lead product analysis and testing, interpret data, and provide technical support to customers. Drive product and process improvements through experimentation, stakeholder collaboration, and new technology exploration, while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, 5S, and quality standards. Contribute to technical publications and industry forums.

What you´ll do

• Fully manage and lead product analysis and testing while documenting progress and results in internal systems
• Provide technical support to customer and analyze results after product release
• Record, organize and communicate results/data from experiments and testing
• Perform data analysis, draw conclusions, and make experimental recommendations
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders and leverage their feedback to optimize processes towards customer requirements
• Observe safety and environmental guidelines while handling products
• Maintain laboratory and storage areas, as well as equipment in good condition.
• Follow 5S - Ensure adherence to all applicable environmental, health and safety regulations, standards and policies.
• Explore new technology, product, or performance improvement opportunities
• Actively participate in scientific publications and forum

What makes you a good fit

• MSc/ BE in Chemistry/polymer science
• 4-6 years working experience in test lab
• Expertise in analytical methods like Rheometers, DMA GC, HPLC, Particle sizer, DSC, TGA etc
• Experience in ISO 17025 documentation and NABL certification audits
• Knowledge of Mechanical, electrical, thermal test methods, etc - ASTM/ ISO/DIN/EN test standards for material and chemical testing
• Test analysis and interpretation
