Job summary

StayVista is expanding its team in Mumbai and is seeking a Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for operations across locations. You will collaborate with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, coordinate interviews, and drive smooth onboarding while ensuring timely closures.

You should have 2–4 years in recruitment or HR operations, strong communication, and data management skills. Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR is preferred; on-ground hiring across functions may be required.

Your Role

As an Specialist at StayVista you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for operational, and on-ground hiring requirements across locations. Working closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders, you will ensure timely closures, maintain strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience.

About You

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and stakeholder management.
• Drive corporate, operational, bulk, and field hiring across multiple business functions and locations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for manpower planning and ensure closures within defined TATs.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, candidate databases, and onboarding processes with strong data accuracy.
• Build candidate pipelines through job portals, references, and social hiring channels while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Support operational, owner, and guest management activities as per business requirements.
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in target-driven and fast-paced environments.
• Good analytical and data management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field.
• Open to on-ground and operational hiring responsibilities across functions.
• This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs
