StayVista is seeking a Specialist - Operations Strategy to drive compliance and efficiency across property operations in Maharashtra. You will define and monitor KRAs, audit operations, analyze findings, and mentor the team to deliver high standards in guest experiences.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align audits with organizational goals, produce performance reports, and contribute to acquiring new properties while maintaining accountability and continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications

• Conduct regular property operations audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Oversee the end-to-end performance management of the property operations team.
• Define, implement, and monitor Key Result Areas (KRAs) for the property operations team.
• Ensure the team meets established KRAs and deliverables within deadlines.
• Analyze audit findings to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the property operations team for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement property operations strategies.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on audit results, team performance, and operational metrics.
• Proven expertise in audit processes, performance management, and KRA implementation.
• Willingness to work in Acquisition
• 4 years of experience in property operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or specialist role.
• A graduate degree in any discipline, as well as advanced certifications in operations or related fields, are a plus.
• This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs

Your Role

As an Specialist at StayVista, the focus is on ensuring operational compliance and efficiency through audits and process optimization. Key responsibilities include defining and monitoring Key Result Areas (KRAs) for the team to align with organizational objectives, analyzing audit findings to develop strategic improvements, and mentoring the team to uphold high standards.
