Job summary

StayVista in Bengaluru is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, implement, and deliver training programs for on-ground staff, with a focus on housekeeping and service roles.

You will partner with Villa Managers and Stay Experience Managers to tailor interventions, evaluate effectiveness, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service across our villas.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality operations or training (3–5 years) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Learning & Development or related field.
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi; regional languages a plus.
• Ability to train blue-collar and fresher staff with simple, practical methods.

Your Role

As a Specialist in Learning & Development at Stayvista, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and delivering training programs for our on‑ground staff, with a primary focus on housekeeping and service roles. Your role will ensure that team members are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to consistently deliver world‑class guest experiences while upholding the highest standards of service and cleanliness across all our properties.

About You

• Develop and deliver effective training modules for teams specializing in housekeeping, guest services, and villa management.
• Collaborate with Villa Managers and Stay Experience Managers to identify skills gaps and design tailored training interventions for specific property needs.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through performance evaluations, participant feedback, and direct observation.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, guest service protocols, and villa management best practices.
• Ability to train blue‑coloured and fresher workforce using simple, practical methods.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus).
• Minimum 3–5 years of hospitality operations or training experience (hotels, resorts, homestays, or training institutes).
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Learning & Development or a related field.
• This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs

• Experience with On‑Ground Training in Remote or Multi‑Location Setups.
