Job summary

Societe Generale is seeking an experienced software developer to join our engineering team in India. The role focuses on designing, integrating, and maintaining the application ecosystem, driving quality, and ensuring security alignment with group policies.

You will work with cross-functional partners, contribute to production stability, and help raise skills across the team, with exposure to .NET, cloud services, and database technologies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of development experience.
• Expert developer role with API, cloud services, and database expertise.
• Experience with .NET Core 6/8 and .NET Framework 4.8.
• GIT and CI/CD expertise with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or TFS.
• Experience with Azure App Service and Azure Functions.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development, integration, and maintenance of the ecosystem related to the application scope.
• Participate in maintaining operational conditions and ensuring compliance with the quality of service of the application scope.
• Ensure that the ecosystem related to the application scope complies with the architectural principles and security policy defined within the Group.
• Be a proactive contributor to business partners.
• Contribute to maintaining a high level of skills within the team
• Contribute to the stability of the applications mentioned in production and contribute to compliance with DWS Control Tower processes
