Nordex Group in Chennai invites an experienced FP&A professional to lead global revenue reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis. The role demands deep FP&A expertise, SAP and advanced Excel, and strong stakeholder collaboration across operations.

You will drive P&L commentary, cost analyses, capex / FTE reporting, and service-margin reporting, with opportunities for automation and ad-hoc strategic analyses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years experience in FP&A, preferably in wind industry.
• Proven reporting and analytical FP&A experience.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and SAP systems.
• Power BI knowledge; VBA macros a plus.
• Strong analytical and data manipulation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.

Responsabilités

• Set-up of global revenue-reporting and support Revenue-planning in Budget.
• Set-up Harmonized LD-reporting (Liquidated Damage).
• Capex-Reporting / FTE-Reporting / Budgeting & Forecasting / Variance Analysis.
• Preparation of P&L reports with commentary and cost analysis.
• Execute cost transfers (Maintenance 1).
• Prepare Service-Margin-Day (PowerPoint).
• Ad-hoc analyses and reporting upon management request.
• Support Sales calculation Tool / Automation.

Your Profile

• M. Com, MBA Finance, CMA (Qualified Cost Accountant), CA (Chartered Accountant)
• Minimum of 10-15 yrs experience (preferably from wind industry)
• Proven experience in reporting and analytical experience - FP&A
• Good SAP knowledge in S4Hana, ECC / Knowledge on advanced Excel / Power Point / VBA Macro will be added advantage / Power BI
• Strong Interest in learning the Business & closely working with Operations team
• Strong analytical and data manipulation skills in Advanced Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders & need to work independently.
• Proficient in Transition of knowledge and Standardisation, Process Improvements
