Job summary

Nordex Group is seeking an experienced offshore SAP S/4HANA lead to drive end-to-end service processes in the wind-energy domain. You will manage an offshore team, mentor members, and coordinate UAT activities while aligning with project timelines and stakeholders.

The role demands 15+ years of SAP service experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to represent the team in external and internal meetings. A multinational, dynamic environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP implementation experience in the service domain.
• Experience in S4HANA transformation projects in services.
• Familiar with wind energy service processes.
• End-to-end service processes expertise (Contracts, Finance, Maintenance, MM, After-Sales).
• Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder meetings.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multinational environment and manage offshore teams.

Job description

• Lead and manage the offshore team of key users, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment
• Mentor and support team members in their professional development and daily responsibilities
• Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with the team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results
• Act as the primary point of contact for all questions related to the offshore team’s development and activities
• Represent the team in UAT calls, providing updates, insights, and solutions
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to address and resolve issues related to the implementation process
• Present the team’s progress and deliverables to internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with project timelines and organizational goals
• Utilize knowledge of SAP S4HANA to guide the team in implementingend-to-end service processes, like Service Contracts, Service Finance and Controlling , Service Operations and Maintenance , Material Management , After-Sales Services
• Provide insights and solutions to optimize service area processes within S4HANA
• Handle performance management, workload distribution, and conflict resolution within the team
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
• Be the S4HANA key user to support the daily business operations as and when needed

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15+ years of professional experience, with a strong background in SAP implementation in the service area.
• Prior experience in S4HANA transformation projects, particularly in the service domain.
• Familiarity with service processes in the wind energy sector is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end service processes (Service Contracts, Finance, Maintenance, Material Management, and After-Sales).
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the team effectively in stakeholder meetings.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multinational environment and manage offshore teams
