Linde Global Support Services Pvt. Ltd, Kolkata, is seeking a Specialist/Senior Specialist - HR IT Application to support IT services for HR globally.

The role focuses on SAPHRON, SAPFIM, HR Middleware, and Linux server support in Azure, with emphasis on global integrations and SOX compliance. You will partner with global stakeholders, design enhancements, and manage incidents and changes in a fast-paced, on-site environment at our Kolkata workplace.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in service delivery and customer management for IT applications.
• University degree in computer systems design or computer science or comparable work experience.
• Experience with SAP and systems integrations preferred.
• Experience with SQL programming and database management.
• IT process knowledge with focus on incident & change management.
• Practical experience with automated software and system management tools.
• Very good command of English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global stakeholders and SAPFIM users to design and meet needs.
• Share technical responsibility for HR Middleware servers managing global HR integrations.
• Provide technical support for HR Linux servers in Azure for SAPHRON add-ons (Nakisa, AQDB).
• Create and maintain integration files for TLC between SAPHRON and US payrolls (UltiPro).
• Troubleshoot, develop, and implement resolutions across the global HR landscape.
• Coordinate day-to-day incidents in SMAX and support SOX controls and audits.

The Specialist/Senior Specialist in this position will be a part of Global Services HR team, which provides IT Service Management for HR global applications and delivers HR IT solutions for business driven and process related changes through projects and enhancements. And provide functional consultancy and technical support on all global HR applications and integrations to other global and regional local systems, with primary focus on global SAP HR "SAPHRON", SAPHRON Identity Management database "SAPFIM", HR Middleware servers and the HR Linux servers. Support SOX compliance requirements and help ensure the integrity, security, and reliability of global HR applications, integrations, and employee data.

Making an impact. What will you do?

• You will be directly partnering with global stakeholders and consumers of the SAPFIM database for modifications and integration enhancements, working independently to design and meet their needs
• Also, will share technical responsibility for the HR Middleware servers that manage global HR integrations
• Will be responsible for the technical support of HR Linux servers in the Azure datacentre for key add-on modules of SAPHRON, namely Nakisa and Quick Document Builder (AQDB), aligning with Cloud Infrastructure Services team for lifecycle maintenance and third-party vendors for upgrades
• And create and maintain integration files for TLC (top-level comparison) between SAPHRON and the North America payroll systems, UltiPro
• Work on Troubleshooting, developing, and implementing resolutions to technical issues across the global HR landscape
• Also, working closely with the technical teams, manage day to day incidents logged in SMAX Incident Management tool
• Provide back up support for SAPHRON Externals Management functionality and process
• You will also support SOX controls, audit activities, and compliance requirements related to HR applications, integrations, and employee data

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

• You must have more than five (5+) years professional work experience in service delivery and customer management and/or customer services and delivering customer application development solutions for clients
• And a university degree in computer systems design or computer science or comparable work experience
• Also, experience with SAP and systems integrations preferred
• And experience with SQL programming and database management
• You must possess IT process knowledge with focus on incident & change management
• And practical experience with automated software and system management tools
• Very good command of English, spoken and written is a must
