Linde Global Support Services Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Specialist - Java Spring Boot Full Stack Developer for its Kolkata, India location.

The role focuses on developing and enhancing enterprise applications, modernizing from a legacy monolith to cloud-native solutions, and supporting production and cloud environments. You will work across backend services, frontend applications, databases, and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience building, supporting and enhancing enterprise applications.
• Experience with established codebases, not only greenfield projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently while seeking guidance when needed.
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to collaborate in globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain features across Java/Spring backend services and React frontend applications.
• Deliver enhancements, bug fixes, and new functionality for evolving business requirements.
• Build and maintain REST APIs, integrations, and data-driven solutions.
• Participate in database design, query optimization, and performance improvements and technical design discussions.
• Support modernization and refactoring under guidance of Tech Leads and Senior Engineers.
• Assist in decomposing legacy functionality into modern services and components.
• Contribute to reducing technical debt and improving maintainability.
• Assist with deployments and CI/CD pipeline activities.
• Collaborate with developers, Tech Leads, QA, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
