Job summary

AGDATA is looking for an SDET to contribute to the design and building of our software offerings. If you want to have an impact and make a difference, AGDATA may be the place for you.

The ideal candidate will have 7–12 years of SDET experience, strong OOP design with C#/Java, Selenium WebDriver, SQL, and data‑driven testing, plus familiarity with AI-powered tooling and CI/CD. You will collaborate with product owners and developers, write and maintain tests, and help drive quality across releases.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience as an SDET
• Strong experience of OOP design with C#/JAVA programming skill
• 2+ years of experience with Selenium WebDriver and Grid/Cypress/Playwright
• Ability to write complex SQL queries for data validation
• Extensive experience of data driven testing and strong experience working with complex data
• Knowledge of test methodologies and their corresponding tools
• Ability to recognize errors and assess risks within applications and or processes
• Working knowledge of any one AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) and experience in integrating AI-powered solutions into software testing, test automation framework or workflow to improve quality, testing, productivity and efficiency
• Working knowledge with Visual Studio code, Visual Studio 2016+ and Git
• 1-2 years of experience with of CI/CD pipelines
• An understanding of the ROI and risk for ad-hoc testing, test automation, code coverage and feature coverage
• A passion for design, development, and quality

Responsibilities

• Participate in story refinement sessions to ensure the details and dependencies are well defined & understood with considerations for testing
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Developers as a team to deliver quality
• Writing and maintaining tests cases, executing, and perform ad-hoc testing with the end-user experience in mind
• Automate test cases based on priority before the close of the sprint
• Participate in code review to ensure commits are up to standards
• Monitor the Azure Release for regression bugs and or issues with environments
• Work with geo-distributed teams to coordinate testing of features
• Be vocal during Retrospective meetings and follow up on process improvements
• Managing quality and bugs reports in all stages of releases
