Job summary

AGDATA is seeking an SDET with 7–12 years of experience to contribute to designing and building our software offerings in the Crop and Animal Health domain. You will drive testing, data validation, and automation across stories with C#/Java, Selenium WebDriver, SQL, and CI/CD pipelines in a collaborative, geo‑distributed team with a flexible hybrid work policy.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of SDET experience.
• Strong experience of OOP design with C#/JAVA programming skill.
• 2+ years of experience with Selenium WebDriver and Grid/Cypress/Playwright.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries for data validation.
• Extensive experience of data driven testing and strong experience working with complex data.
• Knowledge of test methodologies and their corresponding tools.
• Ability to recognize errors and assess risks within applications and or processes.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and integrating AI-powered solutions into software testing.
• Working knowledge with Visual Studio code, Visual Studio 2016+ and Git.
• 1-2 years of experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding ROI and risk for ad-hoc testing, test automation, code coverage and feature coverage.
• A passion for design, development, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Participate in story refinement sessions to ensure details and dependencies are well defined for testing.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Developers as a team to deliver quality.
• Write and maintain test cases, execute and perform ad-hoc testing with end-user experience in mind.
• Automate test cases based on priority before the close of the sprint.
• Participate in code review to ensure commits are up to standards.
• Monitor the Azure Release for regression bugs and issues with environments.
• Work with geo-distributed teams to coordinate testing of features.
• Be vocal during Retrospective meetings and follow up on process improvements.
• Manage quality and bug reports in all stages of releases.

• An understanding of the ROI and risk for ah-hoc testing, test automation, code coverage and feature coverage
