Job summary

Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India seeks an experienced SDET with Python expertise for a Bengaluru-based hybrid role. You will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks to ensure robust software delivery and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective test strategies.

Ideal candidates have 3–9 years in SDET or automation, solid Python skills, experience with Pytest or Selenium, and familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and bug tracking.

Qualifications

• 3–9 years of proven experience as an SDET or Automation Engineer.
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (like Pytest or Selenium).
• A deep understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools, version control systems (e.g., Git), and bug tracking tools.
• A keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a collaborative team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks in Python to ensure robust software delivery.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design test scenarios, and execute test strategies.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, while ensuring that they are resolved efficiently.
