Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - SCM - Source, Manufacturing & Relationship Management to manage inventory accuracy and planning. The role requires coordinating with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely replenishments and to minimize discrepancies, while driving efficiency through process improvements.

Candidates should have a business, engineering or logistics background with strong data literacy and experience in demand planning and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business, engineering, logistics or related field.
• Experience with end-to-end supply-chain analytics and inventory optimization.
• Familiarity with APICS/CPIM/CSCP or equivalent certifications is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records to ensure data integrity across stock-keeping units.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to plan replenishments.
• Enforce inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and risk.
• Conduct regular audits and present reports on inventory status and trends.
• Recommend process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Maintain and update accurate inventory records to ensure data integrity across all stock‑keeping units. Monitor and analyze inventory levels to maintain optimal stock, avoiding shortages or excesses. Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to plan and execute timely inventory replenishments. Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and operational risks. Conduct regular inventory audits to identify variances and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly. Generate and present reports on inventory status, trends, and key metrics for management review. Recommend process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
