Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Management by managing operations, documentation, data, and dashboards.
  • Coordinate communication between Sales, Engineering, Program Management, Finance, and customers.
  • Organise customer visits, travel arrangements, and logistics.
  • Maintain contracts, NDAs, RFQ documents, meeting minutes and approvals.
  • Generate periodic reports on pipeline, RFQ status, and business opportunities.

What You’ll Be Part Of

The Sales Operations Coordinator will support the Automotive Sales Management team by managing sales operations, back-office coordination, customer documentation, data management, reporting, and administrative activities. The role will enable Sales Managers to focus on customer engagement, business acquisition, and strategic growth by ensuring efficient execution of operational processes and accurate business data management.

How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Support customer engagement events, workshops, technology demonstrations, and executive meetings.
  • Coordinate communication and follow-ups between Sales, Engineering, Program Management, Finance, and customers.
  • Support customer meeting preparation, action tracking, and account planning activities.
  • Maintain customer interaction records, opportunity trackers, and sales dashboards.
  • RFQ & Opportunity Management
  • Maintain RFQ trackers, documentation repositories, and status dashboards.
  • Track RFQ milestones and coordinate deliverables across internal teams.
  • Support quotation preparation, submission tracking, and approval processes.
  • Back-Office Coordination
  • Coordinate internal follow-ups, approvals, and customer deliverables.
  • Organise customer visits, meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics.
  • Consolidate updates and prepare management reports and business reviews.
  • Act as a central coordination point for cross-functional teams.
  • Documentation & Data Management
  • Manage customer portal updates and maintain accurate business data.
  • Maintain contracts, NDAs, RFQ documents, meeting minutes, and approval records.
  • Ensure document version control, filing, and audit readiness.
  • Generate periodic reports on pipeline, RFQ status, customer activities, and business opportunities.
What Makes You A Strong Fit
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Coordination, Customer Support, or Project Coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and data management capability.
  • Automotive industry experience preferred.

Things To Know
  • Be willing to travel up to 10%, domestic travel.
  • This role is based in Pune, India and follows a hybrid schedule, with regular in-office collaboration alongside engineering, product, and customer program teams.
