Job summary

Genpact in Bengaluru is seeking a Specialist - S&P - Contract Management to lead the contract lifecycle, draft and negotiate terms, and ensure regulatory and policy compliance. You will guide stakeholders, monitor obligations, and manage renewals and amendments in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in contract drafting, negotiation and lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience with ERP systems and Oracle tools is preferred.
