Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - S&P - Contract Management in India. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contract terms, negotiating with clients, vendors, and partners, and managing the full contract lifecycle including renewals and terminations.

You will provide guidance on contract-related queries, monitor performance, and escalate any disputes or compliance issues to protect organizational interests. This position is Hybrid with night shift coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields is required.
• Fluency in English with C2 level proficiency.
• Professional certifications in compliance and risk management are a plus.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize contract terms and conditions to align with objectives and risk.
• Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners for favorable terms.
• Manage full contract lifecycle including renewals, amendments, terminations.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contract-related queries and best practices.
